Secure and affordable parking at the Gas Company Tower in downtown Los Angeles. Conveniently located near The Los Angeles Theatre Center, Palace Theatre, and State Theatre.

Upon arrival, please use the Olive Street entrance. If the rolling gate is down, press the intercom and provide security with your name and reservation transaction ID. Take a parking ticket from the machine at Level P1.

Proceed to Levels P3–P6 and park in any available self-parking space. Do not park in reserved spaces. Once parked, write your name and reservation transaction ID on the ticket. If no single space is available, tandem parking may be used. If your vehicle blocks another, please leave your keys with the attendant.

When exiting, during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, excluding holidays), please visit the Parking Office on Level P1 for validation. Outside of these hours, stop by the Main Lobby Security Desk and present your ticket with your name and reservation transaction ID. Then proceed to the garage, press the intercom at the exit, and security will open the gate.

There are not in-and-out privileges.
